This is a home EMS training wear that utilizes EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) and is said to allow for effective exercise in a short time without strain.

Size L is rare, I believe.

The box and other accessories are not included.
The EMS controller is convenient with USB Type-C charging.

Instead of sweating, you can use water.
As you will find if you research it, gel is not required.

As it has been used, there are minor scratches, etc.
