Riding for 15 minutes correctly warms up your body and can lead to effects such as:
✧ Aerobic exercise
✧ Core strength + muscle training
✧ Lower body toning
It has been in my room and I've ridden it occasionally when I felt like it.
There are some scuff marks, but overall there are few significant scratches, so I would say it's close to no noticeable scratches or dirt.
I removed the hand grips due to deterioration. It's fine once you get used to it, but if you need them, please attach a thick rope or similar item m(_ _)m
I have wiped it down with disinfectant wipes. Power-on, start, and speed operations are all good ♪
For local pickup, the location is Adachi Ward, Tokyo.
Please feel free to inquire about anything else.
Thank you very much (◡‿◡✿)
