The cup is elevated on an unusual ornate pierced/openwork pedestal foot and finished with a striking geometric gold handle. Matching scalloped saucer has coordinating floral decoration and gold edging. A highly decorative mid-century style teacup, ideal for collectors of vintage Japanese porcelain, footed teacups, floral china and unusual tea sets.
