Purchased and used about 2 months, 3-4 times a week.
Decided to sell as I no longer have time due to my child's extracurricular activities.
Perfect for home training when you can't go out due to rain or at night.
There are no noticeable scratches or dirt, but please only purchase if you understand it is a used item.
Also, what is shown in the photos is everything included.
The included mat was too thin to use, so I purchased and used my own mat.
If you'd like, I can include that as well.
Will be shipped in a cardboard box.
The Twist Stepper Premium is a stepper that allows you to sculpt your body with a twisting motion added to the stepping exercise.
In addition to the up and down stepping motion, the step platform rotates approximately 20 degrees in the direction of the stepped foot, creating a twisting motion.
It effectively engages the muscles of your waist and inner thighs, making it effective for toning, as well as for achieving a slimmer waist, beautiful legs, and a shapely rear.
With a continuous use time of 60 minutes, you can get a thorough workout.
You can concentrate on your workout without worrying about time, allowing for long exercise sessions without breaks.
Despite its simple functionality, it has the specifications to accommodate those who want a solid workout.
